Position Overview
The Department of Institutional Advancement is seeking an individual to oversee operations of the following college retail service centers:

  1. Bookends Bookstore
  2. Café services and
  3. The Stop (Copy and Mail services)

Primary Responsibilities

The College Retail Services Manager will ensure efficiencies and profitability, assemble and maintain a team that fits within the culture of LBC, all the while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a similar environment.
